My carpets and my chair in my living room needed a cleaning, so I hired Advantage Steam today. Joel was extremely thorough with his work and did not cut any corners. He took the necessary time and steps to transform my dirty furniture and carpet into looking brand new. He did steps such as pre spotting oiled areas, and careful set up which put ease in my mind with his ability to be an exceptional cleaner. This business is not your mill company; Joel is extremely thorough and effective. His price is not the cheapest you will find; however, he is absolutely worth it as he does the best job out of anyone in the area.

Joel performed wonderfully on our “hope we can save” carpet, setting honest expectations for the different types he steamed. Every carpet looks great! Our living room carpet, which has several colors including white, now appears completely refreshed—almost like it’s brand new. Thank you, Joel!

He got the heavy tread stains off my carpeted stairs, and all the coffee stains/chocolate milk (from my 4 yo) stains out of the new carpet in our living/dining area! He also got the weird stain out of the guest room (where the 3 dogs were!).

Joel did an excellent job cleaning our carpets, even accommodating several appointment changes. Despite some permanent discoloration, the carpets looked fantastic once dry, with heavy stains and pet messes completely removed. After getting my puppy potty trained, I had the carpets professionally steam cleaned. Joel arrived right on time, something I was not used to, he was friendly and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job—my area rug looked white again, and tough stains were gone. We had two area rugs, as well as our floor, kitchen, and bath countertop tile and grout cleaned in our home. The service provided by Joel exceeded expectations, resulting in a floor that looks almost new. In addition to performing high-quality work, Joel offered valuable recommendations for ongoing care of our flooring. It is unfortunate that we did not seek his cleaning service  earlier. Rugs that were eight and five years old, including a shag rug and one containing jute, now look new following the cleaning.

Advantage Steam is the only carpet cleaning service I will use. Joel does a very good job in cleaning the carpets, and pays extra attention to stains. My floors always look new when he is done. He also cleans our tile. If you haven’t had your tile steam-cleaned, you need to hire Joel. My tile looked new.
